The booking will be firm as of receipt of the total amount of the rental, together with one copy of the signed and dated rental contract. The second copy shall be kept by the tenant. A safety deposit of 300 euros shall be given upon arrival. Should the tenant wish to leave early, before the end inventory is made, such safety deposit shall be kept for a maximum 15 days before being sent back to the tenant (unless degradations are noted). The end-cleaning shall be made by the tenant before the departure. Should the tenant wish not to do it, an additional cost of 50 euros will be required.
Possible supply of linen, upon request (below). Bed linen: 10 euros, house linen: 12 euros.

duration of the stay, rental period
The tenant hereby agrees that the rented place is rented for an agreed period of time. In no way will the tenant ever be in a position to require to stay any longer than the agreed period of time..
Conclusion of the contract
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the booking will be firm solely upon receipt of the balance due, and of one signed and approved copy (all pages) of the present contract. The second copy will be kept by the tenant.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the present rental agreement is signed by the owner and by the tenant and will not possibly benefit to any third parties.
Any infringement to this clause might lead to the cancellation of the contract; all amounts paid would then remain the sole property of the owner.
Cancellation
a/ Any cancellation shall be notified in writing per registered mail to the owner.
b/ cancellation than 30 days before the date of the arrival: The initial deposit will be kept by the owner, and the owner will demand the balance due.
c/ should the tenant fail to come or call within 24 hours after the agreed date of arrival, the rental contract will be cancelled and the owner will possibly rent the place to a third party. The initial deposit will be kept by the owner and unless force majeure- the balance due will also be required.
d/ Should the tenant for whatever reason- leave earlier than the agreed date of departure, the global amount paid will be kept by the owner.
e/ Should the tenant fail to send the balance in due time, i.e. 4 weeks before the arrival date, the present contract shall be considered null and the initial deposit shall be kept by the owner.
Arrival
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the tenant will arrive and depart as stipulated on the contract.
Payment of the balance due
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance due shall be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Inventory
An inventory is drawn up by the owner and by the tenant on the day of the arrival and on the day of the departure. Among others, the cleanliness of the rental place will be noted, so that it will be compared on the day of the departure. The tenant will keep the place clean and maintained during the stay. Should the tenant wish not to do the end cleaning, an additional sum of 125 euros will be demanded.
Safety deposit
On the day of the arrival, a safety deposit will be paid by the tenant. Once the inventory is made on the day of the departure and no later than 15 days after the date of the departure, this safety deposit will be given back to the tenant. Should any degradation or damage be noted, the cost for repairing them will be deduced from this safety deposit. Should the sum required for the repair exceed the amount of the safety deposit, the tenant will be billed accordingly.
Use of the rented place
The tenant will keep the rented place quiet and peaceful.
Maximum capacity of the rented place
The present rental contract is agreed for a maximum number of persons sleeping in the rented place. Should the number of persons exceed this agreed number, the owner will possibly refuse to welcome any additional person. The breach of the contract would then be considered as from the tenant.
Insurance
The tenant is sole responsible should damages occur in the rented place. Any such risk shall be insured by the tenant. Same applies should the tenant bring pet(s) and should the pet(s) injure anyone on the property or outside of it.
Pool
The pool is a private camping pool. It is enclosed and not supervised; kids should always bath the under strict supervision of adults. In no case shall the owner ever be held responsible for any accident, or injury to the tenant, to his/her family, or to relatives visiting him/her. The pool is for swimming: in no case will canoes, kayaks or any such boats be used in the pool. Animals are not allowed in the pool
